Capy Run ("the game") is an endless runner developed by Fighttech. The game is private by design: no account, no ads, no advertising or tracking SDKs, and no collection of personal data.

Your data stays on your device

• High scores and coins — stored locally on your device (or in your browser for the web version).
• Settings (music/sound on-off, selected character) — stored locally on your device.

This data is never sent to our servers or any third party. Delete the game (or clear the site data) and it's all gone.

The web version

The web version at capyrun.fighttech.vn is served as a static site. The server keeps standard technical access logs (IP address, access time) briefly for operation and abuse prevention — we do not use these logs to identify players.

Website analytics

Our marketing pages use Google Analytics in a privacy-hardened, consent-based way to understand which pages help players. Advertising and personalization signals are always turned off (no ads, no remarketing, no profiling), and analytics cookies are only set if you tap "Accept" on the cookie notice — decline and measurement stays cookieless. This applies to the website only: the game itself contains no analytics or tracking. We honor "Do Not Track" / Global Privacy Control, and never use analytics to identify or target children.

Device permissions

The game requests no access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location or photo library.

Children

Capy Run is made for children and is listed in the App Store Kids Category (ages 6–8). The game itself has no ads, analytics, or tracking and does not collect, use, or share any personal information from children — in line with COPPA and GDPR-K. Our marketing website uses only privacy-safe, consent-based analytics (no advertising, no profiling) and never knowingly collects personal information from children. In-app purchases and links out of the game sit behind a parental gate, so a grown-up is needed to use them.

If this policy changes (for example when the store build adds new features), we will update this page along with the "last updated" date above.
