By playing Capy Run ("the game") — on the web at capyrun.fighttech.vn or through the app — you agree to the terms below.

License to use

Fighttech grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the game for personal entertainment. You may not resell, redistribute, modify or commercially exploit the game without our written consent.

Content & intellectual property

The game uses some third-party assets under open licenses (Kenney, Quaternius — CC0; Baloo 2, Bungee fonts — SIL OFL). The rest of the game, including its source code, design and the Capy Run brand, belongs to Fighttech.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is", free of charge. We strive to keep it running smoothly across devices but make no guarantee that it is bug-free or continuously available. To the extent permitted by law, Fighttech is not liable for any damages arising from use of the game.

Game data

High scores, coins and settings are stored right on your device (see the Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for recovering data lost by deleting the app, clearing browser data or switching devices.

Changes to the game & terms

We may update, change or discontinue the game (or the web version) at any time. These terms may be updated; the latest version is always on this page along with the "last updated" date above.
